Convert an instructor-led, real-time-online (RTOL) Technical Writing Certificate Program, consisting of three 10-week courses, to an online asynchronous format

• Collaborate with instructional and instructional design staff to develop a work breakdown structure and project plan.
• Identify delivery-agnostic elements that require replacement or special consideration (e.g., group activities).
• Update out-of-date content.
• Coordinate course development tasks with co-author.

Course Testing and Documentation, MIT xPRO

Test and document features in the edX learning management system (LMS) for MIT xPRO.

• Test student-facing features to ensure course readiness.
• Test features used by instructors and staff in course development.
• Document platform features for customer support to help students who have questions.

Website Development

Design and develop two websites: TechFleur.com and Augment-ED.org.

• TechFleur.com will focus on best practices for technical writing.
• Augment-ED.org will focus on best practices for accessibility and inclusion in course design.
