Blaise is a masterful instructional designer, knowledgeable of the ADDIE methodology and other agile principles. She took the time to understand instructor and learner needs. She drew upon her broad skills and deep experience to develop useful and cost-effective solutions that elevated the skills of others.

As a director responsible for several professional development programs, I knew I could trust Blaise to work with faculty to design and deliver quality online learning. It was also evident that Tombolo benefited greatly from Blaise’s professionalism, skills, and broad knowledge of effective instructional design.

I worked with Blaise Mitsutama when she was the instructional designer and LMS administrator at Tombolo Institute, Bellevue College. While Blaise’s role was important in assuring quality in online learning, it was particularly critical during the height of the COVID pandemic. She skillfully and compassionately supported subject matter experts (SME), program managers, and directors as the organization pivoted to emergency remote learning platforms.
